If a transaction performed by you on the website, money has been charged by your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, you may inform us by sending an email. We shall investigate and if found valid, money will be refunded within 7 working days.
All refunds will be credited to your RC World Recharge's Virtual Wallet account.
The value/amount/payment stored on your virtual wallet shall NOT be refunded at any circumstances and may only be utilized to make payments to use our services.
In case we receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours and if the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 10 to 15 days.
